You retain rights to your data. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit data for processing through our services.

The fonor platform, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Midfield Innovations, Inc. except for your own data and content.

Each party will protect confidential information disclosed by the other party and use it only for purposes of providing or using the services.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
